Terms of service
These draft terms will govern use of Sinetti Reputation once they are in force. Sinetti Reputation will be an experimental testnet pilot that will index escrow events and present derived reputation information. The pilot and the testnet assets it will display will have no real-world monetary value.
The service will be provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Reputation information will be an aid only: verify on-chain records and make your own assessment before relying on it.
Settled-deal history is wash-tradeable in principle: cooperating wallets can cheaply settle deals among themselves to farm a clean record. Trust tiers and the independent-counterparty share discount clustered activity, which raises the cost of farming without eliminating it. Read scorecards with counterparty diversity in mind.
Once these terms are in force, to the fullest extent permitted by law, FNA will not be liable for loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the pilot. Nothing in these terms will exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit any mandatory rights you have.
What data is processed
The service indexes public on-chain escrow data, including wallet addresses, roles, transactions, and settlement outcomes, and uses it to calculate and display reputation information. On-chain records are public by nature and cannot be removed by FNA; removing information from this service would not erase the underlying blockchain record.
The service holds no accounts and no contact details. There is no signup, no login, and no session. It stores nothing that an operator could be asked to export or erase, because it stores nothing that was not already public on a blockchain.

Governing law
Once in force, these terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction. Any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you will remain unaffected.
